I visited as a new patient for my annual checkup. I had X-rays, cleaning, and a filling, and everything was done very nicely. Mr. Patel is very experienced, gave me the required time, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident about the treatment. Dr. Patel is truly the best dentist in the McKinney and Frisco area. I had a filling and a crown done, and he was extremely professional, patient, and detail oriented. He took plenty of time to make sure everything was done perfectly and that I was comfortable throughout the process. His staff is also very kind, welcoming, and professional. I was looking for a new dentist after having negative experiences with dental assistants at a different dental office. I have a very strong gag reflex, and in the past some assistants didn’t seem to have the patience to work with me during X-rays. After reading the Google reviews, I decided to give Outlook Dentistry a try. I was extremely nervous going in and wasn’t sure what to expect, but I was so pleasantly surprised. Everyone was kind and understanding, and Dr. Patel personally did my cleaning, checking in with me several times to make sure I was comfortable. I truly appreciate the care I received and highly recommend this dentist.

Wow!! I read his reviews before making my appointment this morning. What an excellent dentist. Very caring to your needs. Making sure all your questions and concerns are answered before moving to the next patient. Also no pain during my procedure. His back office assistant is very helpful and kind too. My husband and I find our new dentist🙌🏻👏🏻
